Dr. Etelka Hegyesi, employed attorney, obtained her law degree in 2018 at Pázmány Péter Catholic University. Following her studies, she deepened her professional knowledge in the insurance sector and in public administration, through which positions she has gained six years of experience in the fields of labor law, special employment status legislation, and data protection law.
In addition, she routinely provides representation in proceedings before the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), as well as before the Financial Arbitration Board. Her professional experience also includes drafting and reviewing civil law contracts and assisting in civil litigation proceedings. She places particular emphasis on the fast and cost-effective out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and financial service providers.
